Designing Brese 2026: Partnership Models, Digital Access And Ai-enabled Navigation

11 October 2026

Shri Ramakrishna P
Chief Executive Officer, India Mobile Congress

A summit of this scale needs more than content. It needs a clear participation architecture—and tools that help thousands of participants navigate it.

Shri Ramakrishna P focused precisely on that practical layer: sponsorship and partnership options, exhibition participation, networking, speaker and delegate opportunities, plus the website and app through which participants can plan their engagement.

He referred to six or seven categories of sponsorship and engagement, ranging from more exclusive formats to broader options, alongside exhibition space and networking opportunities.

The physical plan places the conferences and discussions within Bharat Mandapam, Hall 14 as a dining area, Halls 5 to 2 as the core expo zone, and Hall 1 accommodating international-country and state pavilions.

The digital layer is designed to make that scale usable. The website offers a short registration flow and a colour-coded digital badge system tied to access permissions.

The app includes an AI-enabled feature described as “BRE Suggest”, which can create a personalised calendar across the four days—recommending sessions, stalls and networking opportunities according to the participant's schedule.

It also brings together agenda access, networking and live session feeds.

Venue navigation addresses the most basic challenge of a roughly 35,000-square-metre event environment: getting to the right booth or location without losing time.

The presentation therefore shifted the Summit conversation from “what is happening?” to “how will I participate, move, meet and make use of it?”

For exhibitors, delegates, speakers and investors, the website and app are meant to begin that engagement before arrival in New Delhi.

The larger design principle is straightforward: opportunity should be discoverable, navigable and actionable.

BRESE 2026 is being structured as a four-day marketplace of policy, technology, business and relationships—and its participation architecture is intended to make those connections easier to create.

The challenge should not be finding a way into the Summit ecosystem.

It should be choosing the most valuable route through it.
